What we do for our clients

• We assist and encourage individuals to exercise their right to vote
• We host events for individuals that we support like the "Manor Community's Got Talent" show and wedding between two clients
• We are using technology for co-production, such as Teams and SharePoint and we participate in co-production events
• We are leading the way in person-sensitive care and have won a number of wards

What we do for our staff

• We offer perks and recognition for our staff through Perkbox
• We involve our staff in organising open days and feed the homeless with produce grown in our gardens
• We hold staff events like yoga, coffe afternoons and bake-offs
• We promote local, national and international events like Bristol Pride and International Women's day
